Confidentiality: We recognize that the client may have the following: future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information and other proprietary information. We will not at any time, either directly or indirectly use any information for our own benefit, nor disclose or communicate in any manner any information to any third party. We will not divulge that the client is gaining insights into themselves and their business with out the permission of the client.
Nature of Relationship: A client has been made aware that the Executive Insights are in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. In the event the client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy it is the responsibility of the client to seek a licensed professional. As these are insights the results are not guaranteed. Client enters into these open dialogues with the understanding that he/she is responsible for creating his/her own results. The client also agrees not to hold the JKL Associates liable for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct result of a specific insight given. Client has read, understands and agrees with the above statements.
